1. 7-Day Exchange Policy We offer a 7-day exchange/return policy if the product you received is:

• Damaged during transit.

• Different from what you ordered (Wrong item).

2. Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must provide a video of unboxing the parcel (This is mandatory to claim damages).

• For hygiene reasons, Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

3. Change of Mind Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" after the order has been delivered. We encourage you to check all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

5. Refund Process

• If your return is approved, we will process your refund.

• For Advance Payments, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Bank/Easypaisa) within 3-5 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
